You will need to present valid proof of ownership, such as your vehicle registration or title. This step is crucial to ensure that the vehicle is returned to the rightful owner.
Valid Owner’s Photo ID: Ensure it matches the name on the vehicle documents.
Current Vehicle Registration or Vehicle Title: The information must match both the vehicle and your photo ID. *If the registration is inside the vehicle, you will be escorted to retrieve it.
If you are not the registered owner but are authorized to pick up the vehicle, a notarized authorization letter from the registered owner is required.
Once your vehicle is located and ownership is verified, you will need to settle any towing fees. We accept various payment methods for your convenience.
